One of My Dreams

One of my dreams is to travel to hotels and photograph families spending beautiful time together.

During the year everyone is usually busy with work, school, responsibilities and daily life, and families are not always really together. But when people go away to a hotel, something changes. Families relax, spend time together, laugh together, and create special memories. Those are the moments I love to photograph.

Over the years I tried offering my photography services to different hotels. Once, while staying in a hotel in France, I spontaneously offered to photograph some of the guests. Everything happened so naturally from one moment to the next, and I realised even more how much I love creating these memories for families.

I would love more opportunities like this in the future. I’m happy to travel depending on the location, and if anyone has ideas or connections that could help me fulfil this dream, I would love to hear from you.

This Passover I got to live part of that dream.

We visited my sister in law at Hotel Villa Alto in Koksijde, Belgium, a beautiful seaside town with lovely shopping streets and such a calm relaxing atmosphere. The hotel itself is very comfortable, family friendly, and we always love staying there. The service is wonderful and the food is excellent too.

Just before we left, I photographed my three beautiful nieces. The weather was far too cold for the beach, so instead we took the photos in the dining room and in the garden.

I also photographed another lovely family during our stay who preferred to keep their photos private.

These are the kind of photographs that become treasures forever.
